About this template

The primary goal of this OKR is to advance professional capabilities within the cold chain team. It seeks to make the team member skilful enough to manage a major project independently. This involves building an understanding of the project details and gradually managing it under supervision.

Another main objective is to earn two industry-specific certifications related to cold chain management. This involves researching appropriate certifications, registering and preparing for the exams, and ultimately passing them. This will increase industry knowledge and credibility.

Additionally, the goal also aims to improve current practices. It plans to identify inefficiencies within existing systems and intends to implement a minimum of three process improvements. Proven process improvements should be instated system-wide.

Generally, this OKR encourages team members to step up and take initiative, manage projects independently, improve on existing knowledge and processes, and enhance overall team performance.
