OKR template to enhance the user experience for our ecommerce site

Your OKR template

The overarching goal of this OKR is to improve the user experience on an ecommerce website. To do this, three sub-objectives have been identified.

Firstly, it has been targeted to reduce the cart abandonment rate by 20%. This can be achieved through strategic initiatives such as personalising cart abandonment emails, shoring up the checkout process, and enticing the user with offers like discounts or free shipping.

The second objective is to uplift customer satisfaction scores by 10 points. Enhancing the resolution process for complaints, regular collection of customer feedback via surveys, and fortifying customer service training programs are initiatives earmarked to attain this goal.

Finally, the third objective is aimed at reducing the website's load time by 15% to ensure users can navigate the site effectively without delays. This can be achieved by executing technical steps like implementing a caching solution, minifying website files, and optimizing website images.
