The second objective focuses on ensuring 100% of employees are adequately trained in updated office procedures and standards. This requires the identification of necessary updates to current standards and the establishment of a comprehensive training program. Furthermore, these training sessions have to be appropriately scheduled and conducted to ensure full participation.
The final aim emphasizes employing a digital process management system to increase efficiency by a strong 20%. This would necessitate periods of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the systems initiated. Training sessions would be required to familiarize employees with the new system, coupled with researching and selecting the most suitable digital process management system.
Through these objectives, the OKR aims to streamline daily processes, reduce errors, equip staff with updated operational procedures, and infuse tech in the day-to-day management system improving overall office efficiency.
