OKR template to develop and implement a user-friendly process inventory application
Your OKR template
The development process also includes creating a governance model that’s easy to understand by 95% of end users. To achieve this, user education is prioritized, alongside understanding user needs via surveys. Simplifying the model to meet comprehension needs further supports this objective.
Before the application's full implementation, it must undergo user testing. Incorporating user feedback is key for success, as the objective aims to achieve at least 80% user satisfaction. This will be accomplished by selecting a group of users, allowing them to test the application, and analyzing their feedback to confirm satisfaction levels.
In addition to development and testing, the application should also be prepared for steady long-term use. This explains the necessity of devising a user-friendly and accessible governance model. Doing so will ensure that users can smoothly navigate and employ the application, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.
