The second objective aims at incorporating three new sustainable practices into the daily operations. The initiatives include implementing recycling for office waste, promoting paperless communication, and switching to energy-efficient lighting, thereby contributing to overall sustainability goals.
The final objective focuses on improving efficiency by reducing process inefficiencies by 10% through quality measurements. This involved identifying the current inefficiencies, implementing quality measurement tools to target them and monitoring and adjusting strategies to ensure reduction.
This OKR seeks to not only enhance individual skills but also drive a digital and sustainable transformation in the daily operations with a focus on improving overall quality of processes.
