OKR template to enhance intuitive feature navigation and findability
Your OKR template
A key goal is to increase customer satisfaction by 20% through enhanced feature findability. The approaches include implementing UX training for the customer support team and updating product design for improved feature accessibility. Consequently, this will significantly influence customer engagement and lead to a better user experience.
Further, it targets achieving 15% less customer queries related to feature discovery and navigation. This would involve the implementation of more intuitive user interfaces for easier feature discovery, initiating customer training sessions for navigation assistance, and improving feature-related content in user manuals and FAQs.
The OKR also aims to reduce user navigation time by 30% through improved design usability. Strategies here include conducting usability tests to identify current navigation issues, implementing A/B testing to refine navigation elements, and developing a more intuitive, user-friendly interface layout.
