OKR template to implement OKR methodology across ten departments
Your OKR template
The second part of this OKR plan is the development and finalization of individualized OKR plans for every department. Steps include creating draft plans, obtaining feedback, and making revisions. It essentially allocates customized OKR roadmaps to each department for achieving common goals.
The last key task is aimed at ensuring the successful implementation of the OKR methodology. The goal is to achieve 90% satisfaction in post-implementation reviews from department heads. This involves monitoring satisfaction levels, implementing changes based on feedback, and scheduling regular feedback sessions.
This OKR therefore encompasses the introduction of OKR methodology, the tailoring of individual plans, and the implementation and review process. It is built to regulate the progress of the departments with a methodology that keeps everyone on the same track towards organization-wide objectives.
