Your OKR template

This OKR focuses on intensifying comprehension of our users' motives and requirements. The first objective stresses the importance of analyzing and furnishing findings from user interviews in an all-encompassing document. This entails assembling a detailed report, interpreting gathered data, and distinguishing key takeaways while also classifying user interview data.

The second outcome looks at formulating and executing three adaptations grounded on principal user research discoveries. This involves scrutinizing the top user research findings for possible areas of enhancement, outlining an action plan for the proposed changes and then setting them in motion while accumulating user feedback on these changes.

The final objective underscores the importance of engaging in qualitative interviews with a range of user profiles to collect further insights. This involves planning and carrying out 30 qualitative interviews, investigating the recorded interview data for actionable insights as well as formulating questions pertinent to user experience and necessities.

The initiative's aim is to improve user experience and meet user needs more effectively by increasing the team's understanding of these needs and motivations, then applying this knowledge in practical ways.
