About this template

This OKR focuses on the replacement of a privilege access management tool. The first objective involves developing a precise transition plan that prevents service disruptions. The transition plan, which will be communicated to all stakeholders, will outline contingency plans addressing identified risks. Identifying crucial services and any potential disruption risks is an essential part of this objective.

The second objective seeks to train 70% of IT staff on how to operate new access management tools. To achieve this, scheduled training sessions will be organized, appropriate tools will be selected for the training, and 70% of the IT staff needed for the access management training will be identified.

The third objective is to identify and evaluate the suitability of five potential replacement tools by the end of the quarter. To realize this goal, a research will be done to list out these potential tools. Each tool will then be evaluated based on their effectiveness and suitability after which, findings and recommendations will be made.

On completion of the OKR, a smooth transition to the new access management tool would have been achieved. The IT staff would have been trained to efficiently operate this new tool and a comprehensive assessment of its effectiveness would have been carried out.
