Your OKR template

The set OKR targets to elevate the experience of website users and ensure that the site abides by the guidelines set forth by WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It aims to introduce and complete a plan rectifying any ongoing issues, conduct thorough site audits for WCAG 2.1 compliance, and carry out regular website testing to assure persistent concord.

Another objective is raising customer satisfaction regarding the usability of the site to a 90% score. To make this possible, strategies include consistent updates and enhancements for product features offering efficient and reliable customer support, and the implementation of a simpler interface for easy navigation.

Reducing user task completion time by 20% represents another significant objective. Improving server response times, implementing an efficient user interface redesign, and streamlining workflow processes are the primary initiatives to accomplish this goal.

Incorporating the OKR will prove beneficial in making the website more user-friendly and accessible. Also, adherence to accessibility standards will bring the website into compliance with regulations, preventing legal issues while ensuring availability to a wider audience.
