Your OKR template
To reach the weekly writing goal of 7000 words, this OKR has laid out certain initiatives. These include setting daily writing goals targeted at achieving 1000 words, dedicating specific times for undisturbed writing, and performing weekly reviews and edits of written content.
Objective two focuses on constructive feedback from trusted advisors. The initiatives for this objective involve finalizing completed chapters for review, sending these chapters to the advisors, and requesting detailed feedback from them. This iterative process is expected to enhance the quality of the book.
The final objective is to have an outline and structure for the book done by the second week. The initiatives here involve deciding on the key topics and chapters for the book, creating a detailed chapter outline, and developing a structured timeline for writing each chapter.
