Your OKR template
The initiatives undertaken to meet the objectives include achieving team consensus on the features to include in the MVP, interviewing to understand what users need and prefer, and outlining essential features based on user feedback. After identifying and developing these features, they will be integrated into a testable MVP.
The MVP will be tested with about 100 beta testers, and their feedback will be gathered and analyzed to evaluate the performance and usability of the MVP. It will involve distributing questionnaires to the testers and a thorough analysis of their feedback.
To effectively implement the desired features in the MVP, ongoing interventions such as identifying the key features suitable for inclusion, developing these features efficiently, and integrating these features into the MVP will take place.
