Setting goals for their first project or engagement by the end of Week 12 is a prime focus. To achieve this, a workable plan needs to be put in place by Week 10, including defining roles and setting the timeline. Implementing this project or engagement by Week 12 is crucial.
To secure commitment from at least 5 new producers by Week 8, proactive engagement is required. This ambitious target involves making a convincing pitch to these producers, negotiating terms and finalizing engagement commitment. Identifying and shortlisting potential candidates forms an integral part of the process.
Last but not least, the OKR illuminates the need to locate and establish connections with 10 potential 'non-Everyday' producers by the end of Week 4. In addition to extensive research, this requires well-crafted personalized connection requests or emails sent out by the Week 4 deadline.
