Your OKR template
The first objective involves reviewing the current system, identifying its operational issues and reporting observed deficiencies. The other involves monitoring the adoption rate of the newly deployed system, executing comprehensive testing for functionality and developing an efficient user training program.
The third objective is researching and selecting a superior system, conducting a detailed feasibility study, identifying potential system solutions for a comparative analysis and finalizing the superior system solution by week 6. All these revolve around finding a more efficient replacement for the current outdated system.
Implementing the new system expects to resolve identified deficiencies, support operational efficiency, and boost user adoption with an efficient training program to bridge understanding. This will lead to a drastic improvement by replacing the outdated system solution with a modern, efficient one.
