Your OKR template

This OKR aims to optimize team resourcing for program commitments. The primary objective is to increase the ratio of available to utilized resources by 25% via strategic investments, improved efficiency in resource allocation, and optimal use of underutilized resources.

The second objective targets the improvement of resource assignment in 20% of the programs to ensure delivery timelines are met. This will involve identifying and rectifying inefficient resource allocation in existing programs, monitoring new implementations for effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments based on evaluations.

The third objective seeks to reduce idle time of resources by investing 15% more in programs. This will involve an assessment of current programs to identify those where resource allocation effectiveness can be improved and allocating the budget to increase program investments by 15%.

Lastly, to meet the third objective, certain areas that require additional program investment will need to be identified. This will ensure the reduction of resource idle time, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of resource allocation and management.
