OKR template to contribute proactively to three Atlassian Services proposals

This sales OKR template is a strong starting point for teams that need better alignment, clearer priorities, and more disciplined goal tracking.

Use it to turn a business priority into a measurable objective, then review progress weekly so your team can adjust execution before the quarter gets away from you.

Your OKR template

This OKR revolves around actively contributing to three proposals for Atlassian Services. The intent is to secure customer acceptance on at least two of these proposals by the end of the quarter. Actions to secure such acceptance include scheduling and conducting proposal presentations, obtaining formal acceptance from customers, and the development of clear and persuasive proposals.

A secondary objective is to draft and submit an impressive proposal to clients every month. This process will involve the creation of a compelling proposal outline, identifying attractive project proposals for clients, and submission of the completed proposal to the client to consider.

Additionally, the OKR highlights the need to identify potential clients who may need Atlassian Services. The aim here is to finalize five potential clients by the end of the second week. There are no specific initiatives for this objective, suggesting a flexible and customizable approach may be used.

Collectively, the OKR focuses on active contribution to proposal drafting and submission for Atlassian Services. This includes securing customer acceptance, identifying potential clients and ensuring timely submission of well-curated proposals to these clients.
