Preparatory work for the internal improvement initiative includes designing open-ended questions related to improvement opportunities and compiling a list of interviewees. Then the interviews will take place. The assessment of competitors' strategies is composed of multiple parts: establishing who to assess, product and marketing analysis, and composing a report comparing the findings.
The final component of the OKR is the conduction of a SWOT analysis. This process begins with identifying who will be involved in the analysis. Then, data needs to be collected on all operational aspects. Once collected, this data will undergo analysis to identify the organization's strengths and weaknesses.
The successful achievement of this OKR will offer the organization a clear path of improvement by leveraging its strengths, mitigating its weaknesses, leveraging opportunities, and anticipating threats. It will enable the organization to remain competitive by consistently improving and adapting according to internal needs and external market shifts.
