OKR template to elevate code quality to exceptional levels

Your OKR template

The OKR aims to increase overall code quality, using several measurable outcomes. Firstly, the bug rate is targeted for a reduction of 50%. This is to be achieved through initiatives such as improved training, enhanced testing protocols, and more robust code review processes.

The second outcome aims to implement peer code review in 90% of projects. Initiatives to achieve this include enforcing peer review across all projects, documenting all peer review guidelines, and additional training on code review processes.

The final outcome focuses on improving unit testing coverage to 95%. This will be achieved by reviewing existing unit tests to identify gaps, monitoring and updating coverage metrics, and writing additional tests to address these gaps.

All these initiatives aim to elevate the code quality to exceptional levels, ensuring a more reliable and efficient software development process.
