The second objective involves conducting a survey to comprehend the audience's previous exposure to the event. This ensures a wide variety of responses and fosters understanding of the different perspectives among audience members. Gauging prior exposure to the event aids in assessing familiarity and levels of interest towards the event.
The third objective is to analyze and categorize all received survey responses. This helps in identifying common reactions within different audience categories. Aggregating and categorizing responses enables deeper understanding of the audience’s reactions.
The initiatives under each objective, like collecting feedback, analyzing responses, and incorporating improvements, help facilitate active audience engagement. Such interactive initiatives contribute to improving the overall audience experience and help host successful events in the future.
