OKR template to increase financial sustainability of our non-profit organisation
This operations OKR template is a strong starting point for teams that need better alignment, clearer priorities, and more disciplined goal tracking.
Use it to turn a business priority into a measurable objective, then review progress weekly so your team can adjust execution before the quarter gets away from you.
Your OKR template
In addition, the OKR outlines fundraising goals through corporate sponsorship and public donations. It has set a financial target of raising $50,000 through these campaigns, tracking it to completion as another 100% of this shared mission.
Part of the financial sustainability strategy also targets a decrease in operational expenses. Through cost-effective resource utilisation, the OKR aims to cut down the operational costs by 10%, posing another significant phase in achieving the organisation's overarching objective.
Every outcome has corresponding initiatives designed to facilitate its achievement. For instance, in the first outcome, initiatives include finalizing applications and researching suitable grants. The second incorporates a donation campaign and the creation of compelling sponsorship deals, while the third seeks to renegotiate supplier contracts and implement energy-saving practices.
