OKR template to achieve flawless back-end development for the SMIT Gate project
Your OKR template
API integration requires error handling, testing, proper documentation and clearly defined goals; to ensure the front-end and back-end communicate seamlessly. This process aims to be completed and verified percent by percent until 100% achievement.
In order to create a robust and scalable database, the practices of data normalization, entity relationship definition, and proper indexing for faster data retrieval are to be implemented and tracked until perfection.
Finally, the goal is to achieve zero back-end related bug reports post-deployment in its initial week. This goal includes fixing issues upon detection, rigorous testing before deployment, and post-deployment monitoring for efficient error detection.
