OKR template to successfully host an AI conference for entrepreneurs
Your OKR template
The first key objective is to attract and register a minimum of 500 participants for the conference. This provides a quantifiable target that can be tracked to measure progress and success of the event.
The second objective is to secure sponsorship and partnership from at least three major AI industry firms. This will involve arranging meetings to present proposals, identifying possible AI firms for partnership, and preparing detailed proposals highlighting mutual benefits.
The third objective is to secure the presence of more than ten renowned AI experts as speakers for the conference. This will be accomplished by identifying top AI professionals with in-depth expertise, securing their commitment through follow-ups, and personally inviting potential speakers to the event.
