One more objective intends to expand the Japanese clientele by 40% using targeted marketing strategies. This involves developing localized advertisements, partnering with popular influencers or brands, and analyzing the preferences of existing Japanese customers to understand their requirements better.
Another goal involves achieving a 90% satisfaction rate from Japanese customers through post-service feedback. Customer service training in Japanese language will be provided to enhance communication. The feedback from these customers will be used to improve the services offered.
Finally, a post-service survey will be made specifically for Japanese clients, offering them the opportunity to share their experiences and suggestions. This survey will provide valuable input that will be integral to service improvement plans.
