OKR template to successful migration of sales reports from Metabase to Cube.js
This operations OKR template is a strong starting point for teams that need better alignment, clearer priorities, and more disciplined goal tracking.
Use it to turn a business priority into a measurable objective, then review progress weekly so your team can adjust execution before the quarter gets away from you.
Your OKR template
By the sixth week, the goal is to convert half of the longitudinal sales reports to Cube.js. This progressive approach ensures a smooth transition while minimizing potential disruption to current operations. This phase-by-phase transfer helps in tracking issues and rectifying them before a full-scale transition.
Prioritizing feature identification and documentation within Cube.js during the first two weeks of the project is another objective. A comprehensive analysis to prioritize feature necessity will be carried out. This early-stage strategy helps in focusing attention on crucial functionalities needed for effective analysis of sales reporting data.
Another component of this OKR is creating detailed documentation for each identified feature. This includes listing all necessary features for Cube.js, allowing for greater transparency and understanding of the platform's capabilities. This initiative will distribute knowledge among the team members and build confidence in the new reporting system.
