The OKR further aims to create a minimum of three new strategic partnerships that lead to mutual benefits. Starting the negotiation process, identification of prospective partners aligning with business objectives, and drafting proposals that highlight mutual benefits are the initiatives targeted to achieve this goal.
Another crucial goal stated in this OKR is to enhance the rate of partnership satisfaction to over 90%. This is supposed to be accomplished by improving the levels of communication and providing mutual support. The initiatives for this goal aren't specified in the OKR.
Lastly, a vital part of this OKR is the metric for measuring success. Each objective is aimed to be achieved 100%, with a starting point of 0%. The format for measuring this score is in the form of percentage numbers.
