Your OKR template

This OKR focuses on successfully launching digital and print newsletters. The objective is for both newsletters to be developed, rolled out and achieve targeted metrics. This involves multiple stages including the development of content and layout, procuring a significant readership, and garnering an acceptable open-rate for digital forms.

The first key result is to develop and finalize the content and layout by the fourth week from 0 to 100%. These specifics include aspects such as style, format, messaging, regular segments, and images. The development process includes brainstorming, drafting, editing, designing, and testing before final publication.

The second key outcome is to obtain subscriptions from 500 distinct readers by the eighth week. To achieve this, the initiatives include optimizing the website for a user-friendly subscription process, implementing a targeted marketing campaign via social media, and creating an attractive subscription offer.

The third key result aims to achieve a 30% open-rate for the digital newsletter by week 12. This would indicate that the subscribers genuinely appreciate and engage with the content. This is attempted by developing engaging content, using catchy subject lines, segmenting the email list for personalization, and testing different days and times for email sending.
