Your OKR template
The first objective is a 10% reduction in support tickets related to our solutions. Key initiatives to achieve this include providing regular training for the customer support teams, implementing a user-friendly Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on the website, and improving the quality of user manuals and documentation.
The second objective is to improve the customer satisfaction rate for our solutions by 20%. A vital part of this objective is the implementation of a prompt feedback system after each service is rendered. There is also a focus on increasing staff training on customer service and enhancing the overall quality of products and/or services.
The final objective is to increase the solution adoption rate by 15%. This objective will be met through initiatives like the provision of consistent and comprehensive customer support, implementing a user-friendly software onboarding process, and training users on solution benefits and functionality.
