We aim to assess the sustainability of their funding, choose the programs for such study, and finalize an analysis of their funding sources. Such analysis provides in-depth insights on the current status of funding and potential areas for improvement to achieve sustainability.
Another critical objective is to develop a comprehensive funding structure for each of the selected programs by week 8. This involves in-depth research and identification of budget requirements for selected programs. A thorough understanding of these prerequisites is essential for building an efficient funding structure.
A part of the strategy includes researching potential funding sources, which could vary from grants, donations, corporate sponsorships, or government funding. Drafting a comprehensive funding plan by week 8 is also an important initiative. By the end of the program, each of the three selected programs should have a sustainable funding structure in place.
