The second objective involves securing a minimum of three new business deals via the CVC department. This requires identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, presenting the service/product effectively, and closing a minimum of three deals after negotiations.
Another primary objective of the OKR is identifying and training a team of five dedicated Corporate Venture (CV) personnel. The training needs to be intensive and effort should be made to keep track of each team member’s progress and effectiveness.
Overall, this OKR indicates the goal of building a solid foundation for a CVC department within an organization. It involves forging strategic partnerships, increasing deal flow and client base and developing a dedicated team of trained CV professionals efficient in making deals.
