OKR template to master English language skills

The second objective targets improving spoken English skills. The individual is encouraged to dedicate one hour daily to watching English movies and committing to speaking the language for 60 consistent minutes. Additionally, daily participation in an English conversation group will further facilitate daily speaking practice.
In the third objective, the focus shifts to promoting good written English. It urges the writer to produce five grammatically correct English essays per week. Five different essay topics need to be identified weekly along with drafting outlines. The essay writing process includes composition, editing, and meticulous proofreading.
Although all three goals are results-oriented, they involve various initiatives that will require dedication, practice, and commitment to result in significant language skill improvements. Each goal is quantifiable aiming for a 100% completion rate, and they're broken down into initiatives for easy tracking.
