Your OKR template

The OKR titled "Understand elite processes in sports" aims to gather insightful data on sports excellence. The first objective is interviewing 10 professional athletes from diverse sports within a quarter. This involves identifying athletes, preparing adequate interview questions, and carrying out these interviews.

In addition, the OKR includes reading and summarising five published studies or books on elite processes in sports. The related initiatives involve selecting relevant reading materials, creating comprehensive summaries for each, and making notes of essential points.

Another critical objective is developing a 10-point elitism framework that will compile acquired insights from athlete interviews and literature analysis. Despite the missing initiatives for this section, it is implied that the framework needs to capture key points identified from the literature and the interviews.

The final objective lacks specific initiatives, suggesting that the actions required to achieve this outcome will be determined once the interviews and literature review are completed. This provides some flexibility in terms of approach, enabling customization according to the findings of those key activities.
