The first outcome aims to improve server response time by 30% to alleviate complaints about system slowness. Initiatives to achieve this include upgrades to server hardware for augmented capacity, server code optimization, and the introduction of a server caching strategy.
The next outcome strives to successfully close 90% of all speed-related complaints within two days, ensuring prompt resolution to customer grievances, thereby improving customer experience and satisfaction towards the services. The strategy for this outcome is not specified in the OKR.
The final outcome is to decrease system downtime by 25%, thus ensuring continuous operations. This is facilitated by implementing rapid troubleshooting techniques training for staff, setting up a routine preventive maintenance schedule, and investing in sturdy, fail-safe infrastructure.
