OKR template to establish a new vertically integrated business line
Your OKR template
The second objective aims to create a comprehensive business plan incorporating the competencies identified by the end of the quarter. The identified competencies are then worked into a draft of the business plan, refined, and finalized for presentation.
The third objective concentrates on identifying and defining three core competencies relevant to the new business line. Concrete definitions for each identified core competency will be set, research will be carried out to identify critical competencies, and the relevancy of each competency to the new business will be established.
Through these objectives and their resulting initiatives, the overarching goal of establishing a new vertically integrated business line can be successfully achieved. The strategy reinforces the understanding and application of required competencies, effective project selection, and a comprehensive business plan.
