This OKR aims at advancing an individual's communication skills. Their first objective is to gain experience in public speaking by participating in four local events. They will focus on selecting the events carefully, attending as a speaker, and preparing speeches according to the specific topics discussed at these gatherings.

The second goal focuses on the improvement of the person's communication within his/her team. The aim here is to receive positive feedback from a minimum of six team members on their enhanced communication skills. This will be achieved by regularly asking for feedback, applying learned techniques in their interactions, and engaging in communication training courses.

The third objective is about personal development through receiving advanced training in communication. The person aims to complete two advanced communication workshops. The person will attend and actively participate in these workshops, apply the learned knowledge professionally and research the availability of these workshops, then make a registration.

Overall, the key driver for this OKR is the desire to enhance and refine communication skills through public speaking, team interactions, and advanced training workshops. The progress will be measured with the feedback from team members and by completing the specified local events and workshops.

Step 2. Create a plan

Follow the steps after your onboarding to create your first plan, you should get to a page that looks like the picture below.

Step 3. Use the magic importer

Click on Use magic import to open up the Magic Import modal.

Now, go back to the OKR examples, and click on Copy on the example that you’d like to use.
