The other objective outlined in the OKR is completing fifty percent of the HR certification course by midway of the quarter. Dedicated daily study time, enrollment in the HR certification course and completing half the coursework are outlined as the key initiatives towards this goal.
The final goal is the overall achievement of HR certification, which amounts to accomplishing the individual smaller objectives. Progress towards this key result is quantitatively measured in percentages, with each objective prioritizing planned initiatives for accomplishing the desired outcome.
