Your OKR template

The first okr focuses on preparation for the development certification exam through the completion of online courses. The objective is to complete five relevant ones, including corresponding assignments, by the fifth week. It also involves time management, whereby daily time is set aside for course work and study.

The second okr emphasizes the implementation of numerous practice tests. The objective involves finding or creating 50 practice tests, scheduling consistent study time daily to work on these tests. The goal is to achieve an average score of 85%, and regular score assessments are necessary.

The third okr emphasizes dedication and focus in studying. Twenty hours a week are assigned for targeted studying and revision. This includes the use of study groups, weekend study sessions, and setting a daily schedule with three hours assigned for uninterrupted study.

The overall purpose of these okrs is to pass the development certification exam. Preparation, practice test, consistency, and dedicated study time are the components that make achieving this goal possible. The framing suggests a systematic and disciplined approach towards the exam.
