OKR template to establish a fully functional over-the-counter (OTC) trading desk
Your OKR template
The objective for trading involves establishing a seamless, efficient trading workflow and identifying potential efficiency gaps within the current workflow. New workflow strategies will be designed and implemented to ensure smooth transitions. The plan is to complete this within 12 weeks.
The trading desk also needs to be fully compliant with trading regulations, requiring the set up of a legal entity. This involves validating all trading agreements, obtaining necessary licenses and permits, and determining a company structure that aligns with regulatory requirements. The goal is to finalize this within 4 weeks.
Finally, the OKR includes establishing a fully operational bank account for the entity. The initiatives include gathering required entity documents, determining the type of bank account needed, and opening and funding the account. This is expected to be accomplished by week 6.
