About this template
This OKR aims at enhancing the quality of patient care in correctional facilities for Press Ganey evaluation. The defined objectives involve an increase in patient satisfaction scores by 20%, achieved by initiatives such as staff training, upgrading appointment systems, and ensuring clinic cleanliness.
Patient complaints are expected to decrease by 15% through improving service delivery. This will be accomplished through the development of an efficient patient feedback system, comprehensive staff training in communication skills, and regular monitoring of customer service practices.
