The OKR also aims to convert 10 small business accounts into large accounts using effective upselling techniques. This process involves thorough identification of interests and needs of small businesses, developing strategies tailored towards upscaling, and executing solutions-oriented selling.
In addition to that, the OKR wants to enhance customer relationships to reduce the churn rate of large accounts to below 5%. This includes soliciting customer feedback for improvements, regularly communicating personally with large accounts, and creating a reward or loyalty program for customer retention.
In summary, the OKR is focused on account growth, customer satisfaction, and retention. The primary strategies to achieve this involve improving acquisition techniques, utilizing effective upselling strategies, and strengthening customer relationships.
