Your OKR template
The second objective is to onboard 75% of all teams to SCRUM processes and workflows within a set time frame. This calls for the arrangement of workshops, consistent monitoring and feedback sessions, and the development of easy to follow SCRUM guides.
The third objective focuses on team satisfaction, seeking to achieve an average rating of 85% team satisfaction by the quarter's end. While there are no explicit initiatives for this objective listed, it can be inferred that the satisfaction will be measured and improvements will be made based on the feedback received.
Overall, the OKR focuses on widespread training, broad adoption of SCRUM processes, and maintaining high team satisfaction levels during the transition period. To accomplish this, diligent organization, scheduling, and responsiveness to feedback is required.
