OKR template to enhance HR's strategic contribution to business success
Your OKR template
To increase employee engagement scores by 20%, plans are drafted to provide constructive feedback, support career development opportunities, introduce an employee recognition system, and conduct regular team-building activities. These initiatives are designed to motivate and engage employees, hence increasing productivity.
In terms of talent acquisition, the goal is to implement a process that is resource-efficient. This involves initiatives like introducing a solid candidate screening system, integrating automated resume assessment tools, and developing a streamlined job interview process. These steps should combine to make the talent acquisition process more efficient and effective.
The final objective focuses on reducing turnover rates. This goal will be reached through introducing comprehensive employee satisfaction and engagement programs, offering professional development opportunities, and enhancing benefits and competitive compensation. Through these, the aim is to boost employee morale, thereby reducing staff turnover.
