The second objective is to organize crossroad webinars featuring alumni speakers. At least three webinars are planned, and the success rate is determined by setting them online, deciding relevant webinar topics related to the subject matter, and getting the alumni speakers for each webinar.
A third objective is to engage alumni in crossroad speaking opportunities, by having at least 30% of former students participate. This will be achieved by creating enticing speaking events on varied themes, identifying potential alumni candidates through surveys or direct communication and providing them with comprehensive information about the speaking opportunities.
To summarize, this OKR is about utilizing the experiences of the school's alumni to enrich discussion forums known as 'crossroad talks'. It involves steps to ensure satisfaction, organize webinars, and engage alumni as speakers in order to bring a variety of perspectives to these conversations.
