The next objective is to create a detailed process outline by week 3. To achieve this, a draft of the process is to be completed and reviewed, key elements identified in the first week, and those elements structured and organized the subsequent week.
The final objective addresses refining the goal-setting process based on feedback. This procedure should be finalized and documented by week 9. Also included is the analysis and refinement of the process by week 8. By week 7, all feedback from key participants should have been gathered and ready for use.
Overall, this OKR works on creating, testing, and refining a process that could be highly beneficial in setting goals, providing a systematic approach to identify, plan, execute, and evaluate goals within an organization.
