The second objective involves applying expertise to simplify 70% of these identified processes by week 8. This simplification would involve the analysis and documentation of existing processes, along with implementation, testing, and refining of the new methods.
The final objective is to create and implement automated systems for at least half of these simplified processes by week 12. This includes identifying the processes that can be automated, developing a strategic plan and timeline for rollout, and actual implementation of automation.
Essentially, this OKR is about leveraging expertise to redesign workflow within the organization by identifying overly complex processes, simplifying them, and automating wherever possible to increase productivity and efficiency.
