We also aim to implement a thorough incident identification system that will decrease unidentified incidents by as much as 25%. The plan to achieve this target includes training the staff on using the new system and developing a quick incident identification and response protocol.
Additionally, we expect to develop a user-friendly reporting process that will lead to a 30% increase in the number of incident reports. To achieve this, an intuitive incident reporting form design will be introduced, coupled with a responsive helpdesk for immediate assistance.
Training is also targeted at the reporting process and new system. The underlying aim of this OKR is the reduction of incidents by improving the identification process, reporting methods, and eventually increasing efficiency and transparency.
