The second objective involves determining and agreeing on final internal deadlines by week eight. This includes creating a final deadline schedule, distributing it among the team, scheduling a meeting to discuss and set deadlines, along with identifying critical tasks required to be completed before week eight.
The OKR also outlines the identification of all artists' work processes within the first four weeks. This is carried through by reviewing and analyzing collected data for future reference, as well as documenting and categorizing each artist's unique process.
Intense interaction with artists is also anticipated in the form of individual interviews about their work processes. Recording these unique processes can help in putting together a more efficient and effective work structure in the long run.
