About this template

This OKR sets a goal of securing a satisfying and rewarding career. The first objective to achieve this is to secure at least two job interviews per month. The initiatives for this outcome include honing interviewing skills, updating the resume, and applying to at least 15 jobs per week.

Next, there's the objective of researching and identifying at least 15 potential careers that align with the individual's skills and interests. To do this, self-assessment of personal skills and interests will be conducted, and a list of potential careers will be compiled. Also, suitable careers that match the identified skills and interests will be explored.

Furthermore, there's the target of applying to at least five jobs weekly that are consistent with the individual's career preferences. The identified jobs will receive the applications, resumes and cover letters will be tailored for each job, and a minimum of five jobs fitting the individual's career preferences will be identified weekly.

Overall, these objectives and initiatives are designed to aid the individual in securing a satisfying and rewarding career. They plan to achieve this by actively working on their interviewing skills, job applications, and uncovering potential careers that match their skills and interests.
