Your OKR template

The OKR aims to establish and implement a Jobs to be Done (JTBD) Framework in the team. The first objective is to conduct practical training sessions on the JTBD Framework for 90 percent of User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Designers and Project Managers. This goal is accomplished through initiatives like tracking attendance, developing a JTBD course, and scheduling training sessions.

The second objective is the development of a comprehensive and user-friendly JTBD Framework by consulting five industry experts. It includes identifying and contacting the experts, testing and refining the framework for user-friendliness, and building the JTBD framework with expert advice.

The third objective is to measure the improvement in project management and design efficacy, with a target of 25 percent increase. Defining key performance indicators for project management and design, initiating targeted training and development programs to improve efficiency, and implementing regular tracking and reporting of these indicators will help reach this goal.

In summary, this OKR focuses on spreading knowledge about the JTBD Framework within the team, developing a dependable model with the help of industry experts, and measuring its effectiveness on project management and design processes.
